João Teixeira integrates the Liga Portugal SABSEG Team of the Year

GD Chaves midfielder João Teixeira has been included in the 2021-22 Liga Portugal SABSEG Team of the Year in a vote carried out by the coaches and team captains of the competition.

The Amora-native Portuguese player, who helped the Flavienses secured promotion after snatching the last spot available for the 2022-23 season of the Liga Portugal bwin, was a starter in 28 of the 34 games of the competition, with a total of 2259 minutes played. He also added seven goals and eight assists.
