Things do always go in threes. This motto suits Ricardo Batista perfectly. The Casa Pia AC’s goalkeeper won the Liga Portugal SABSEG Best Goalkeeper of the Month award for the third time in a row, with 20.99% of the votes from the main coaches of the competition.

This award, pertaining to the month of January, came after the 35-year-old goalkeeper completed a full month without conceding any goals in the three matches he played. This record has proved to be a trend in this edition of Liga Portugal SABSEG since the squad from Pina Manique have the lowest amount of conceded goals in the competition, 12.

It should be noted that, in order to win this award again, Ricardo Batista had the overcome Gril (Ac. Viseu), who got 19.14% of the votes, and also Paulo Vítor (GD Chaves), with 11.11%.
