Banza has a scent for goal. After a successful spell at FC Famalicão last season, the SC Braga forward came at full throttle this season and, as a result, earned his first ever Liga Portugal bwin Player of the Month award.

The 26-year-old striker was the head managers' choice, with 34.72%, to win the award, thanks to an impressive record of five goals in just four games against Sporting CP, FC Famalicão, Marítimo M. and FC Arouca.

This way, the French forward overcame the competition of the Reds' players João Mário (SL Benfica), who got 13,89%, and Enzo, with 9,72%.
