Roger Schmidt wins Manager of the Month in Liga Portugal bwin

The German coach racked up 30,37% of the votes

SL Benfica coach Roger Schmidt winsn the Liga Portugal bwin Manager of the Month award.

The 55-year-old was the most-voted manager in the top flight of professional football, with 30.37% of the votes. In second place was Armando Evangelista, from FC Arouca, with 24.44% and completing the podium was Sérgio Conceição, with 15.56%.

In December and January, Roger Schmidt kept showing good leadership, having secured four victories, one draw and one defeat in the league.
