Roger Schmidt, SL Benfica's coach, won the Vítor Oliveira Award - Manager of the Month in the Liga Portugal bwin. In October and November, the German coach racked up 38.10% of the votes from the competition's head coaches.

Completing the podium are Rúben Amorim, with 14.29%, and João Silva, of Vitória SC, who also got 14.29% of the votes.
