Nené named Continente Forward of the Month in Liga Portugal SABSEG

The AVS scored in every game in December

Nené from AVS had (yet another) month to remember and was voted the Liga Portugal SABSEG Continente Forward of the Month.

Having scored a goal in each of the four games he played in, the Brazilian forward was essential to the 100 per cent unbeaten record of the team coached by Jorge Costa.

Demonstrating that age is just a number, Nené got 27.61 per cent of the votes from the competition's head coaches, beating out CD Nacional's Chuchu Ramirez, with 21.64 per cent, and CD Tondela's Roberto, with 17.91 per cent.
