The first name for the Liga Portugal Betclic's Team of the Year has been unveiled! Ricardo Velho, goalkeeper for SC Farense, has been chosen by the head coaches and captains of the league.

At 25 years old, the number 33 of the Faro Lions was the goalkeeper with the most saves in the league, totaling 143 shots stopped in 32 matches.

With 2880 minutes of playtime, Ricardo Velho was named EuroBic Goalkeeper of the Month three times in the Liga Portugal Betclic, in December, February, and April, making him the player who received this accolades the most times this season.
