Diogo Nascimento has once again been recognised for his outstanding performances, claiming both the Midfielder and Player of the Month awards for Liga Portugal 2 Meu Super in March. This marks a remarkable hat-trick for the FC Vizela midfielder, who secures the double honour for the third consecutive month.

The young talent from the Minho side expressed his delight at the recognition, underlining both his own efforts and those of the team: “This is a sign that things have been done well. Both myself and my teammates have been performing at a high level. We’ve had many wins, and we’re fully focused on the final stretch of the season,” he said.

In the Midfielder of the Month voting, Diogo Nascimento earned 31.11% of the votes from the competition’s head coaches, beating out teammates Jair Semedo (15.56%) and Mörschel (10.37%).

As for the Player of the Month award, he received 32.59% of the votes, ahead of Juan Muñoz (U. Leiria), who garnered 12.59%, and Mörschel once again with 9.63%.
